I am Greg and cooking has been my passion for years. I decided to write a blog as I am aware that many of us are living a busy life where we do not have much time to cook. So what we do? We tend to buy products that are canned and processed,as well as full of preservatives. Although it is easy and quick to make a meal from prepared products, we need think how these choice will impact our health.
I was born and raised in a family where everything was made from scratch. We used organic fruits and vegetables. And I learned the value of healthy products.
In this blog, I will do my best to show you how to create a healthy dish. Hopefully you will learn that it’s worth to spend a little more time and prepare things on your own rather than buy them in a store. I will compare products available on the market with those make in the house, and show the difference and the value.
