1/2 cup chopped parsley
1 handful kale
2 small apples
2 1/4 cup boiled water (cold)
1/2 fresh squeezed lemon juice
In a blender mix all ingredients: water with parsley, kale, banana, apple and squeezed lemon juice.
1 cup baked sweet potato (2 sweet potatoes)
1 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
1 cup fresh apple juice
2 tablespoons almond flour
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 1/2 cups ice cubes
Wash and peel sweet potatoes.Dice into bite-size pieces. Preheat oven to 356 ºF. Bake sweet potato in preheated oven for about 50 minutes until tender. Allow to cool. In the blender, mix all the ingredients, at the end add ice cubes. Mix well again. Then serve.

1 cup coconut water
2 cups diced papaya
25 fresh spinach leaves
1 cup ice cubes
In the blander, bland a coconut water, papaya, banana and spinach, then add ice cubes. Mix well again. Makes 36 oz.
8 Italian prune plums
2 medium apples
1 large pear
8 cups water
4 tablespoons sugar
Wash fruits. Dice the fruit into large-sized pieces, removing any steams, seeds or inedible parts, leaving skin. Add them into a large pot. Pour 8 cups of water. Add sugar. Cook for 30 minutes until fruits are soft. Allow to cool at room temperature at least 1 hour then place in the refrigerator until thoroughly chilled. Serve cold.

10 large juicy lemons ( 1 1/2 cup of juice)
3/4 cup sugar
In a saucepan, combine sugar and 2 cups water. Bring to boil and stir to dissolve sugar. Let to cool to room temperature. Set aside. Squeeze fresh juice from lemon, remove seeds. In 1 gallon jar or pitcher mix together lemon juice, syrup and fill water to 1 gallon. Serve chilled or with ice and fresh mint.

1.25 oz of Grey Goose vodka
3 oz fresh squeezed lemonde
0.5 oz Chambord or premium raspberry liqueur
frozen honeydew melons
Place honeydew melon in a freezer, then to create melon balls, use melon baller. Fill a chilled highball glass with ice and add Grey Goose vodka. Top with lemonade and then add Chambord. Garnish with honeydew melon balls.

4 teaspoon cane sugar
1 lime (quartered)
1 medium mango
2 cups of ice cubes
Muddle 8 lime wedges and 4 teaspoons raw cane sugar in a bowl. Cut mango is a small pieces. In a blender, combine mango, Cachaça, and ice; add juice made from lime wedges and raw cane sugar (leaving lime wedges and splitting between two glasses), and blend. Pour everything into two tall 16 oz. glasses with remained lime wedges.Garnish with lime.
