4 oz. string beans
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
Wash and trim the string beans, then in a pot with vegetable steamer basket, steam the string beans around 4-6 minutes until tender but still crisp and bright green. Drain and shock in a bowl of ice water to stop from cooking.
Heat 2 tablespoons butter in medium skillet over medium heat, add 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs.Mix together, cook for 3-4 minutes until brown it.Then add steamed string beans and mix well until coated and cook about 2 minutes. Sprinkle with sea salt.

1 cup coconut water
2 cups diced papaya
25 fresh spinach leaves
1 cup ice cubes
In the blander, bland a coconut water, papaya, banana and spinach, then add ice cubes. Mix well again. Makes 36 oz.

1 small avocado
15 cocktail tomatoes
2 tablespoons linseed
1 tablespoon fresh dill +2 tablespoons to prepare rice & quinoa mix

2 tablespoons sunflower seeds raw
To boiling water add 2 tablespoons fresh chopped fine dill (for a better taste), rice & quinoa mix and cook according with instructions on the bag. Dice avocado, cut tomatoes in a half, chop fine dill. In a small frying pan, roast almonds and sunflower seeds. In a bowl, combine the cold rice & quinoa mix with avocado, tomatoes, roasted almonds & sunflower seeds, linseed and dill. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix together.
8 Italian prune plums
2 medium apples
1 large pear
8 cups water
4 tablespoons sugar
Wash fruits. Dice the fruit into large-sized pieces, removing any steams, seeds or inedible parts, leaving skin. Add them into a large pot. Pour 8 cups of water. Add sugar. Cook for 30 minutes until fruits are soft. Allow to cool at room temperature at least 1 hour then place in the refrigerator until thoroughly chilled. Serve cold.

6 oz Nova salmon
Dice eggs, avocado, cucumber, and salmon. Add dill, juiced lemon and pepper. In a bowl, mix everything together. Serve on bread, crackers or endive.
Vegetables: grape tomatoes, radish, cucumber, scallion, avocado and Boston lettuce

1 small ripe avocado
2 grape tomatoes
1 garlic clove
1 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 bananas, 15 large strawberries, 1/2 cup of coconut water, and 1 cup ice cubes. Everything mix in a blender.
In a blander, mix avocado, diced tomato, minced garlic, fresh cilantro, lemon juice, salt, pepper and olive oil. Bland well.
Spread our avocado butter on the bread. Add lettuce, egg, radish, cucumber, tomato, scallions to create you colorful sandwiches.
I like to add avocado to many salads and dishes. Today I would like to show you another quick salad recipe with smoked white fish, avocado and pickle. You don’t have to add any yogurt or mayonnaise just mashed avocado to hold the mixture together.
1 small avocado
2 dill pickles
12 oz (1 1/2 cup) smoked white fish
Dice avocado and pickles. Combine fish, pickles and a mashed avocado in a bowl. Add salt and pepper, add lemon juice if desire. Mix everything together. Eat it with or without a bread.

2 tablespoon coconut milk
2 leaves of scallion
5 leaves of spinach
Cut avocado and scallion. Beat eggs with milk in a small ball until blended, add spinach, scallions,and avocado; stir well. Heat coconut oil in a pan until medium hot. Poor the eggs mixture into it and spread evenly. Cook until egg mixture hold together. Flip on the other side. Take out when golden brown (depends how you prefer) place on a plate and fold it. Taste good with grape tomatoes.
